Every answer the assistant generates in response to a visitor question counts as one AI reply. Greetings, repeated (cached) answers, and your own tests in the dashboard don’t count.

Is this GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. Hosting and the database are located in Germany, and processing is covered by a data processing agreement (DPA). Your content is never used to train AI models.
Where does the assistant get its answers?+
Exclusively from your own content (website, sitemap, uploaded PDFs/CSVs). If it can’t find an answer there, it says so honestly — instead of making something up.
